Do you accept returns of goods?

Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds. This is due to the safety of our customers.
But, in case you received a low-quality product, damaged or any defects that make the product unusable.
We are guaranteed to refund your money.

Delivery times, what postal operators are used?

We currently only ship within the United States. We use 3 delivery methods:

1) USPS Сервис Ground Advantage. Delivery period – 5 working days.

2) USPS Service Priority Mail. Delivery time 3 working days.

3) FedEx Service Ground. Delivery time 4 working days.
